Great idea, and I think it could go commercial — partnering with wedding planners and charging per event. That's a solid concept worth considering.
As for the game itself, I feel the process is a bit too complicated. In today's world, not many people are willing to go through someone else's wedding story, especially in the form of a game.

The game UX is hard to follow though. If I were a guest, I would have given up before even realizing this was about a wedding.

Yeah this is not the main wedding invitation. There's a proper HTML with details. This is extra me going wild with the agents fun side. If we were to expect people to finish this to get to the RSVP, we'd have exactly two guests!
